Teresa Regan serves as a Fractional CHRO and Executive Advisor to Autobahn Therapeutics through Maeve HR Solutions.

Teresa brings 25+ years of human resources leadership across growth-stage biotech companies in the U.S. and Europe, including CHRO and Head of HR roles at Neon Therapeutics (acquired by BioNTech), Adnexus Therapeutics (acquired by Bristol Myers Squibb), and Cubist Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Merck). She has built HR functions from the ground up and guided organizations through the full biotech lifecycle, scaling from 30 to 500+ employees.

She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Clark University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Suffolk University.
