Betsy Vaughn

Ms. Vaughn is Vice President, Talent and Culture at Autobahn Therapeutics.

Ms. Vaughn is a seasoned human resources executive with over 20 years in the biotech and financial services industries.  Prior to Autobahn she served at Illumina during an 8-year period of extensive growth where she drove scale and organization capability.  Ms. Vaughn also served at Biogen Idec, JP Morgan Chase and LPL Financial.  She is expert at creating and implementing organizational development and change strategies to achieve long and short-term business goals.  Ms. Vaughn has led numerous cultural transformations focusing on a wide range of change including performance management, diversity, turnover, and continuous improvement. She has participated in growth strategies that have doubled the size of organizations and has played leadership roles in over 10 successful M&A integrations.  Ms. Vaughn holds a MA in industrial organizational psychology from New York University and a BA in psychology from Bowdoin College.
