Ashlee Heldreth

Ashlee Heldreth is the senior director of clinical operation at Autobahn Therapeutics.

Ms. Heldreth is an accomplished clinical research professional with more than 15 years of experience leading and supporting Phase I–III clinical trials across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, academic, and healthcare sectors. Throughout her career, Ms. Heldreth has developed deep expertise in clinical operations, site and vendor management, audit readiness, and study execution across global research environments. She is recognized for her strong leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to drive operational excellence in complex clinical research programs. Ms. Heldreth’s background spans a wide range of neurological and neurodegenerative therapeutic areas, including Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Alzheimer’s Disease, Down syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, Tinnitus, Hearing Loss, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Prior to joining Autobahn Therapeutics, she held progressive clinical operations leadership roles, where she managed large multi-center trials, supervised monitoring teams, implemented global recruitment strategies, and contributed to protocol development, vendor oversight, and operational planning. Her experience includes collaboration with research sites and stakeholders across the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and Turkey. Ms. Heldreth earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research, and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Cognitive Science (Neuroscience) and Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
